Adopt

Every dog at Travieso is ready to leap into their new life healthy, happy, and cared for. Each pup is vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and socialized—many are potty trained, and the rest already off to a strong start. The adoption fee is just $400, covering all the essentials and giving your new best friend the perfect head start.

The process is simple: start with a quick call or Zoom with Tamara, then meet the pups at a scheduled time, or at our monthly gathering in Joaquin Miller Park. If it feels like a match, but you are hesitant for any reason, you can try a short trial (anything from a day to a full week) before making it official!

And here’s the best part: while the fee covers the basics, Tamara has already taken care of the big stuff—boarding, vet visits, even surgeries—so you’re getting way more value than the fee reflects.
